For the 30+DA:Safe Calm Dating for 30+ app by Kassapa Gamini Gunasingha (GGMT PTE. LTD.).

30+DA is a dating app for people aged 30 and over.

GGMT PTE. LTD. runs 30+DA and decides how your data is used. Privacy questions: gk.smart@ggmt.sg.

We keep: your profile, photos, phone number, approximate location and messages.
Why: to sign you in, show you people nearby and keep everyone safe.
We never sell your data. No ads, no tracking.

What we keep and why

Profile: app name, gender, job and up to 4 photos, to show you to others.
Real name: shown only when you both open the chat (Level 3).
Birth year: to check you are 30 or over. Others never see it.
Phone number: to verify you and sign you in. Others never see it.
From Google, Facebook or TikTok: we keep only your account number and email.
From Apple (iPhone app): your Apple account number, the email Apple gives (it may be a private relay address), your name if Apple shares it, and a locked key used only to end the Apple link when you delete your account.
Location: rounded to about 1 km and moved a little at random, to show distances. Others see only a distance and an area name.
Lines and chat: what you write, with its translations, to pass it on.
Meetings: the places you search for go to Google Maps and OpenStreetMap; a meeting place and time you send are seen by the other person and kept with the chat.
Reports and blocks: who you report or block and why, to keep everyone safe.
Support: what you write to us by email or on Telegram.
PIN: only a scrambled copy. Nobody can read your PIN, not even us.

Phone ID: if you make a profile without verifying, we keep a scrambled copy of your phone’s ID for 30 days: one such profile per phone.

Guests: people without a profile see your app name, gender, job, hearts, a distance band (like ≤ 2 km) and photo 1.
Members: also see your area and language. Photo 2 at Level 2; photos 3–4 and your real name at Level 3.
Our team: our moderators check every new photo before others see it. They may read conversations, only to check reports and keep everyone safe.

Railway: runs our server.
MongoDB Atlas: stores the data and photos.
OpenStreetMap Nominatim: turns a rough point into an area name. It never gets your name.
Google Maps: finds a place to meet from your words and a rough point. It never gets your name.
Our own translation server: translates lines and chat. No outside AI company sees them. (llm.ggmt.sg)
Google Fonts: the app’s letters. Google sees your internet address.
Telegram or WhatsApp (Meta): your number, only to send or check your code.
Google, Facebook, TikTok, Apple: sign you in, only if you choose them.
Apple, Google: turn your voice into text when you use the microphone in the chat (Apple on iPhone, Google elsewhere). Only the words come back.

How long: until you delete your account. Never verified: deleted after 48 hours. How to delete
What stays: a bare note of any report and of the delete (member numbers, reason and time; no names, words or photos), for safety, and your chat with our Telegram support bot, no longer linked to your profile.
For how long: these notes and the support chat have no set end date yet. If you made a profile without verifying, the scrambled phone ID also stays, for 30 days.

Turn off location: in your phone’s settings, for 30+DA. We then stop getting it.
Change your profile: your app name, job, real name and photos, on My profile.
Withdraw consent: delete your account at any time (My profile → Delete my account), or email us.
