For the 30+DA:Safe Calm Dating for 30+ app by Kassapa Gamini Gunasingha (GGMT PTE. LTD.).

Two ways. Both delete your account, your photos and your messages.

In the app: My profile → Delete my account. It is instant.
Step by step: open My profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Continue. Type your PIN and tap Delete forever.
Or by email: Email gk.smart@ggmt.sg with the subject Delete my 30+DA account. Tell us your app name and how you sign in (phone, Google, Facebook or TikTok). We delete it all and email you back — within 30 days.

What goes: your profile, photos, phone number, sign-ins, PIN, lines and chat messages, with their translations.
What stays: a bare note of any report and of the delete (member numbers, reason and time; no names, words or photos), for safety, and your chat with our Telegram support bot, no longer linked to your profile.
For how long: these notes and the support chat have no set end date yet. If you made a profile without verifying, the scrambled phone ID also stays, for 30 days.

People you talked to see “This person left 30+DA”. What they wrote stays theirs.

Signing out does not delete anything.
